What We Do
Six core service disciplines, each performed to European manufacturer specifications.
Routine Maintenance
We provide essential vehicle services to keep your car running smoothly, including oil changes, tire rotations, filter services, brake fluid flushes, and scheduled inspections as recommended by your manufacturer. Your car deserves the best care!
Diagnostics & Fault Codes
We use brand-specific diagnostic tools like ISTA, ODIS, PIWIS, and Star Diagnosis to read and clear fault codes at the module level. This means we can access detailed data comparable to what you'd find at a main dealership, but without the high costs associated with them. main dealership, but without the high costs associated with them.
Brakes & Suspension
To keep your vehicle running smoothly, it’s vital to service the brakes, including pads, rotors, and calipers. Checking the suspension geometry, replacing control arms and bushings, and getting the alignment calibrated are essential for optimal handling and performance in your European car.
Engine & Transmission
Whether you’re dealing with a timing chain issue, needing some valve cover repairs, or tackling a dual-clutch or torque-converter transmission rebuild, we’ve got you covered. We handle everything related to powertrains, including both traditional internal combustion engines and hybrid drivetrains. Your vehicle is in good hands with us!
Electrical Systems
We specialize in coding, programming, and fixing various electronic control units (ECUs), comfort modules, lighting systems, and features that assist drivers. With the unique challenges of European electrical architecture, we offer comprehensive diagnostics at the module level and have both the tools and expertise to handle it all.
Performance Tuning
We focus on enhancing your vehicle's performance through a range of modifications like ECU remaps, upgraded exhaust systems, and lowered suspensions. We also fine-tune your setup for the track, ensuring power upgrades are done within the engineering limits of your vehicle. Our goal is to boost performance while keeping reliability intact.
Specialist Knowledge for Every Brand
Every European car has its own unique personality. Each brand embodies a specific engineering philosophy and comes with its own set of special systems and service needs. When you bring your car in, it gets the expert attention it deserves, perfectly aligned with its design and engineering.

Your Service, Step by Step
We built our process around clarity — you know what's happening, what it costs, and when your car is ready before any work begins.
1
Drop-Off & Intake
Bring your vehicle in at your booked time. We do a walk-around inspection with you present, noting any pre-existing marks and logging your reported concerns.
2
Diagnosis & Estimate
Your car goes straight to the technician for a full diagnostic scan and physical inspection. You receive a written estimate — parts, labor, and timescale — before any work begins. No surprises.
3
Authorized Repair
Work begins only after your sign-off. We use OEM or OEM-equivalent parts and the correct brand-specified fluids throughout. You can call or message for updates at any point.
4
Quality Check
Every completed job goes through a quality check and, where appropriate, a road test, ensuring the repair meets the standard before the car leaves the workshop.
5
Collection & Handover
We walk you through every item completed, hand over all replaced parts on request, and provide a full service record entry. Payment is taken on collection.

Common Questions About Our Services
Answers to the questions European car owners ask most before booking a service.
How often should my European car be serviced?
Most European manufacturers specify service intervals between 10,000 and 20,000 kilometres, though this varies significantly by model and engine type. BMW Flexible Service and Porsche's Maintenance System, for example, use on-board monitoring rather than fixed intervals. We check your vehicle's specific service history and OBC data on intake to give you an accurate interval recommendation.
Do you use OEM parts or aftermarket?
We default to OEM or OEM-equivalent parts for all standard repairs — same specification, same manufacturer, without the dealer margin. For performance upgrades we use approved aftermarket suppliers. We will always tell you what we are fitting and why before the work is authorised.
Will servicing with you affect my manufacturer warranty?
No. Under block exemption regulations, independent specialists are permitted to carry out scheduled maintenance without voiding a manufacturer warranty, provided OEM-specified parts and fluids are used and the service is documented correctly. We provide full service records for every job.
How long will my car be in for a standard service?
Routine maintenance — oil, filters, and inspection — is typically completed same day. More involved work such as timing chain replacement, transmission service, or electrical diagnosis is estimated individually and communicated to you in writing before the job begins.
Do you work on both older and current-generation European vehicles?
Yes. We service vehicles from classic air-cooled Porsches and early E-series BMWs through to current-generation models with the latest ADAS and hybrid systems. Our diagnostic tooling and parts sourcing cover the full model range for each brand we support.
